Easy to find battery I wanted and easy explanation of discount available.

My main problem was the network connection, which was probably not the fault of Duracell. By the third time I had down to 2 minutes to enter up. So probably 4.5 for your site.

Well i've just placed the order, everything seems fine. But i can say anything about the batteries or charger yet. Battery prices were the best i saw, and you get a 20% discount for ordering 2.

Web site works well. Discount for 2 batteries. Postage options including f.o.c.

I ordered a battery replacement for my Asus Laptop in 2019 and that fitted with no problem.
I am hoping the one I have ordered now will be the same.

Only ordered at this stage but very simple and easy.

Website was great and I found just what I was after very easily. I managed to get the order in and completed with payment via Paypal quickly and efficiently.

Easy to navigate to the battery I needed. I had to us full site to order as the mobile site didn’t work on my iPad mini, possibly because I cannot update to latest version of safari.

I found the website very easy to use - to find the product I wished to buy, the set up a new account, and to complete payment.

used Duracell Direct before for camera batteries and found them to be as good as the camera makers, so using them again for my wife's new camera.

There was something wrong with the website. It was very slow uploading each page and when I went to pay it told me that there was an error. I tried several times to complete payment and every time it just told me there was an error. Came back to the website about 30 minutes later and it worked fine. I only came back because it was cheaper here. If it wasn't I would never have returned. Fix the website!

Looking for an alternative to a £72 HP genuine laptop battery and this was only £40.00 and as it's Duracell I hope it will work well - the reviews suggest it will. Others may be cheaper but will they catch fire??
